Ingredients

For the Salmon:

  • 1 lb fresh asparagus
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

For the Herb Butter Potatoes:

  • 1 lb baby potatoes, halved
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Salmon

  1. Preheat your grill or grill pan to medium heat.
  2. Rub salmon fillets with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Grill the salmon for 4-5 minutes on each side until flaky and cooked through.
