Vegan Beef Stir-Fry

Ingredients:
200g of tempeh
100g of bell peppers, sliced
50g of broccoli florets
2 cloves of garlic, minced
2 tablespoons of soy sauce
1 tablespoon of sesame oil
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tablespoon of sesame seeds for garnish


Kitchen Tools Needed:

Wok
Spatula
Chopping board
Knife


Instructions:

Heat the sesame oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
Add the minced garlic and stir-fry for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
Add the sliced bell peppers and broccoli florets, and stir-fry for 2 minutes until just tender.
Crumble the tempeh into the wok and add the soy sauce, stirring well to combine.
Cook for an additional 2 minutes, allowing the tempeh to heat through.
Season with salt and pepper to taste and garnish with sesame seeds before serving.
